This is a pretty common Windows 11 + print server quirk. Usually it’s the new Win11 print queue behavior caching things weirdly. Quick fix is to restart the Print Spooler on the user’s PC, and make sure the printer is connected via the shared server queue, not a locally recreated one. Updating the Lexmark driver on the print server (and re-pushing it) also helps, Win10 is just more forgiving here.
