Can you try this workaround?
- Install the Lenovo OEM graphic drivers (older)
- Let Windows update the driver
- Device Manager > Display adapters > Select the adapter > Properties > Driver tab > Roll Back Driver

- I did not realize that the Roll Back option existed, thank you. As the Lenovo OEM graphic diver was already installed previous, I was able to just roll back to it.
