Possible to replace main admin account ?

I set up a new PC with an admin account XXX. Having a 365 family subscription, I now want to assign this PC to another family member and have created a second admin account YYY on this PC. Is it possible to delete the main admin account XXX without damage? If so, which account deletion procedure is recommended? Thank you for your help.

    Confirm the deletion. You will be prompted to delete the account and its data. Make sure you've backed up anything important from that account beforehand.

    Create a new administrator account in Settings→Accounts→FamilyOther Users and replace it by deleting the old account after logging in.
