Did you leave the GPU connected to the motherboard when shipping it?
If you disconnect the GPU, does the integrated graphics driver work?
It feels like either the GPU PCI lane or PCI socket on motherboard got damaged (bent or cracked during transport due to the weight of the GPU and vibration). You can check this (if possible) connect the GPU to other PCI lane. Does it work or does it not?
If possible try connecting your GPU to a friends computer. You can pinpoint what is exactly broken.
There are three possibilities: GPU PCI lane is cracked/bent, Motherboard socket got damaged or both.
Green artifacts and error 43 are tied to hardware issue.
