Try to add the Boot Entry manually in BIOS:
Go to BIOS → Boot → Add New Boot Option and see if you can add Windows Boot Manager manually.
If it still fails, consider reinstalling Windows 11:
Backup important data, unplug Drive A and leave only Drive B, and then do a fresh install of Windows 11 to make sure it boots properly.
