Personalizing Desktop Background

I have selected a folder for use in displaying background images for my Win 11 Desktop.  The folder has sub-folders within it.  However, only those images located in the "root" of the folder are displayed.  How can I tell Windows to use the sub-folders to select an image to display.

In Windows 11, when setting a folder for desktop background slideshow, the default behavior is to only include images located directly in the selected folder, not in its sub-folders. Unfortunately, the built-in Desktop Background slideshow settings do not support recursive inclusion of sub-folders.

      Thanks,

Google seems to be able to sort it out on my display devices, sad that Microsoft can't do the same...

      Appreciate the information
