Peculiar issue with Windows 11 .....

I have a collection of PC's in a small home network. All of the PC's are "Check Update"-ed every Tuesday. All are running Windows 11 PRO. 

5 of the PC's are running on Build Number 26100.4349 (as of yesterday), but I only just noticed that one of them is 'stuck' on 26100.4202. 

Can anyone offer a suggestion as to why this should be? and how to fix it? MS are completely unhelpful!

    If some PCs are managed via policies (like in a domain or using Windows Update for Business), certain settings might delay or block updates.
