PC won't go to Windows

So other day my wifi quit working on my acer z24 but was working on the tv so i thought ok i'll reboot but it came back to choose keyboard layout and the the recovery screen. It will not recover it will not uninstall updates etc.. only thing i can do is prompt but i can do chkdsk but not chkdsk /f or anything else i got the w11 iso and copied it to C: but it won't run from there, i;ve looked up all commands and tried them but nothing will write to the disk and no i can not unset the lock. Any ideas or should i forget it? I really like the pc
