PC keeps crashing and restarting – black screen then login screen

Hey everyone, I could really use some help here. I'm still pretty new to this stuff—I know my way around a restart and that's about it, honestly.

Recently my PC has been crashing randomly. Out of nowhere, the screen goes black, and a few seconds later I'm back at the login screen. This happens even when I'm in the middle of a game.

I actually ran into this issue before and ended up resetting the whole system because I couldn't figure it out. Last time I spent over a day trying to run an sfc /scannow check and it took forever.

Now it's happening again, so I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on. I've attached a screenshot of the problem reports—any idea what type of error this is or what I should try next?
