PC keeps crashing ?
For the last week or so my PC has been randomly freezing/restarting itself.
I've included the most recent memory dump:

Outdated drivers, especially for graphics and chipset, can cause instability. Use Device Manager or the manufacturer’s website to check for and install the latest drivers.
If the problem persists, you might need to repair your Windows installation using the Windows installation media.
