PC Health Check say can't upgrade to win11

The CPU (i7-6600U) is not supported:

For the i7 series, Windows 11 requires at least i7-7820X or i7-7820HQ.
However, there are many ways to help you install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware. Kindly me let me know if you need further help on this.
