PC Health Check say can't upgrade to win11

Can you check to see if UEFI is active in BIOS. You can check this by typing "Sysinfo" in the search window in the Taskbar. Under the System Summary look in the Right Window pane. See what the setting shows for BIOS Mode.

This was a first step when I installed Win 11. You may also want to try to create use the Media Creation tool. Download using the ISO file
