PC Health Check say can't upgrade to win11

so why is PC Health check telling me my processor is not on the approved list or up to spec for doing the upgrade to windows 11?   Device name    DESKTOP-PQLLOJT Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6...

but from the list of CPU's i can see that model:

    This may be the list for Windows 10. Windows 11 is not supported on that model.
