PC hard-lock/system-lock/freeze after resetting the WiFi connection

Hi.

I'm fairly new to the MS tech support forums. My new PC has Windows 11 Pro 25H2 installed and I have a GIGABYTE AORUS B860M WIFI ELITE with a INTEL CORE ULTRA 7 265K CPU. One day after I reset my WIFI connection and was using the internet with Chrome, my PC just froze into a hard-lock or a system lock(display stil on) and I couldn't do anything. I had to switch the power on/off in order to reset my PC. 

Any ideas as to what is the cause?
