Outlook Inbox - glitched?
Good morning,
I have tried to reset this view for all the emails that come into my inbox but can't figure it out. Attached is the screenshot.

1. Repair Outlook view
Open Outlook → Click on the “View” tab at the top
Select “Reset View” → Confirm Reset
Restart Outlook
2. Disable hardware acceleration
Open Outlook → File → Options → Advanced
Check “Disable Hardware Graphics Acceleration”
Restart Outlook
3. Rebuild Outlook profile
Close Outlook
Open Control Panel → Mail → Show Profile
Delete the current profile → Create a new one and re-add the mailbox account
4. Start in Safe Mode
Press Win + R and enter the following command: shell
outlook /safe
If it works → the problem is caused by add-ins, disable them one by one to troubleshoot (File → Options → Add-ins)
5. Update/repair Office
Open Word/Excel → Accounts → Update Options → Update Now
If it doesn't work, try:
Control Panel → Programs and Features → Select Microsoft 365 → Changes → Quick Fixes
