I have done a lot of testing. This error occurs regardless of Graphics Driver version. It happened on older versions and on the latest version. It also kept happening even after full reinstall of the operating system. (Re-Imaged from ISO, NOT from Recovery Options/System Restore)
So there is no valid fix currently?
