"Online Rewriting Services for Titles and Signatures"

I'm not quite sure if I'm in the right place, but I've just been requested to digitally sign a form online. This is new to me, and I've never done it before. I've observed it being done but I am utterly clueless on where to even begin. Do I need a specific pen, computer, or application for this process? I haven't explored this before, so any assistance or simple guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Pearl.
