OneDrive folder sync issue between two PCs

I have 2 Windows10 computers (HP & Lenovo). Lenovo OneDrive is missing a folder that is on the HP visible in file manager. How to I get this folder with it's subfolders to sync so it that shows on Lenovo PC?

On the HP computer, go to the folder in question. Is it actually saved to a location that OneDrive is expected to track? If it's in a folder that isn't part of the usual OneDrive structure (like a folder on your desktop, Documents, or Pictures) then it's not going to sync automatically.

Make sure the folder on your HP is inside the OneDrive directory (not just anywhere on the PC). If it is, right-click the OneDrive icon in the taskbar → Settings → Account → Choose folders and confirm the folder is selected for sync. Do the same on your Lenovo PC, then let OneDrive finish syncing.

I would check the online OneDrive to see if the folder exists in the cloud. If it's not then you have an upload (sync failure) on your HP computer. If it is present in the cloud, you have a download issue on you Lenovo.
Check the OneDrive client on both computers for sync issues.
