Notification, WIFI and Volume menus don't appear after Windows 11 Upgrade.

I had Windows 10 Pro, after upgrade my system to Windows 11 this October 4th (22000.194) The Notification, WIFI and Volume menus don't appear anymore. Everything else is working fine.
