No video output on DisplayPorts on RX 5700 XT graphics card

I switched the main monitor to HDMI, and it started working. The second monitor stopped having video when plugged into the DisplayPort.

I bought a new DisplayPort cable just in case, but sadly, it didn't work, and the issue continued.

I also updated the BIOS since I realized it hadn't been updated since 2019. The DisplayPort issue continued after the BIOS Update.

I borrowed an Nvidia graphics card to test, and both HDMI and DisplayPort work with the Nvidia card and its drivers. I swapped back to the AMD card, and the DisplayPort stopped showing video again.

I find it odd that all 3 AMD cards' DisplayPorts stopped displaying video at the same time, unless the main DisplayPort control part on the card failed.

Interestingly enough, I'm having the exact same issue with my 5700XT. BIOS screen shows, then both screens go blank. Resetting cables fixed it once. Now nothing. Had to swap in an old M4000 Nvidia card to get my PC back up. I popped the 5700XT into my ubuntu machine and it works fine.
