- Ensure both DisplayPort and HDMI cables are securely connected.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting each cable.
- Swap the cables between the monitors to test if a cable is faulty.

I switched the main monitor to HDMI, and it started working. The second monitor stopped having video when plugged into the DisplayPort.
I bought a new DisplayPort cable just in case, but sadly, it didn't work, and the issue continued.
I also updated the BIOS since I realized it hadn't been updated since 2019. The DisplayPort issue continued after the BIOS Update.
I borrowed an Nvidia graphics card to test, and both HDMI and DisplayPort work with the Nvidia card and its drivers. I swapped back to the AMD card, and the DisplayPort stopped showing video again.
I find it odd that all 3 AMD cards' DisplayPorts stopped displaying video at the same time, unless the main DisplayPort control part on the card failed.
