New Window computer
Usually whenever I start up my Windows 11 PC, I click on opera gx on my task bar and it usually opens a window containing my current tabs and a few minutes later a new window would come up, but recently the ability for a new window to launch atumatically doesn't happen any more, is there a way to get the function back? I just like the convenience of a new window being there for me to use.

If you use security software (like antivirus or a VPN that launches with Windows), try temporarily disabling them to see if they are blocking Opera’s ability to create the second window.
