Network & OneDrive block

Thanks for trying to help, but unless I am missing something, it didn't work. The phantom <Music> folder is still there.

In frustration at the lack of help from MS I am in the process of creating a second clean Windows copy on my desktop and once that is working to my satisfaction I will remove the original installation - a long way around the problem, but the only solution I have been able to devise that should work.
