Reza_Ameri hi - will ask IT to take a look at the graphics driver thanks. Just to add, its only on the first time of turning it on AFTER plugging in the external monitor it does this. The mouse works on the internal screen, but i cant move anything over onto it or see a taskbar
Make sure report this issue using the Feedback Hub app too, so the Windows team get to know about this issue and be able to investigate it.
