NEED HELP PC WON'T GIVE DISPLAY

Didn't use pc for a week when turned it back on ,got stuck on windows loading screen it tuned back off.Got stuck in the loop of turning it on and it automatically turning off.Tried reseating ram/cleaned ram.Did cmos method.took every plug out .Did the power button method.when plugged it back on it just stays turn on but no display
