"NaviCMD Flashes Multiple Times a Day"

Throughout the day, I've observed that the "cmd" prompt briefly appears on my screen multiple times. Despite running antivirus scans that detect no threats, I remain puzzled about the source of this mysterious activity. I am unsure whether something is attempting to install or update without my knowledge. Can anyone provide suggestions on how I can investigate the cause of these frequent cmd flashes?

If you frequently see cmd prompts, consider using a monitoring tool that tracks command-line activity or software behavior, such as:
Process Monitor (ProcMon): A Sysinternals tool for real-time file system, Registry, and process/thread activity. Filter for cmd.exe to capture the instances when it runs.

Software Updates: The device might be attempting to install updates or refresh data.
Connectivity Issues: If the device is trying to connect to a GPS or data source, intermittent connectivity could cause it to flash.
Malfunction: Hardware or software malfunctions can lead to erratic behavior, including persistent flashing.

Disable any suspicious startup programs found in Step 3, and restart your computer to ensure the changes take effect.
