My Wi-Fi disconnecting/intermittent on Windows 11
My Wi-Fi connection on Windows 11 keeps dropping randomly throughout the day, disconnecting for a few seconds before reconnecting on its own, which is very disruptive during video calls and online gaming. I have already tried updating my network drivers and adjusting the power management settings, but the issue persists, and I am hoping someone can suggest further troubleshooting steps or identify if this could be a hardware problem.

Your Windows 11 Wi-Fi reconnects after drops, and driver updates plus power changes have not fixed it. Possible causes include the router, interference, wireless profile, driver, or adapter, so isolate it before replacing hardware. Test the PC on another Wi-Fi network, then test another device on the original network. Open an administrator Command Prompt and run netsh wlan show wlanreport; check the recorded disconnect times and reasons. Forget the network, reconnect, and install the manufacturer’s current Wi-Fi driver. If necessary, uninstall the adapter in Device Manager, restart, and let Windows reinstall it, keeping the manufacturer driver available. Use Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset only as the last step because it removes adapters and settings. If the drops follow this PC across different networks, send the report and adapter model to the manufacturer; hardware or firmware then becomes more likely.
