My Taskbar keeps refreshing
It refreshes every 5 seconds and I don’t know what to do because the I can’t click anything and it becomes unresponsive. I can only open Task Manager.
In Task Manager, terminate all processes named Windows Explorer, then click Run new task and enter explorer.exe to restart the desktop.
