My PC suddenly starts responding late, but mouse and sound still work.

This has only happened recently while playing very lightly modded Minecraft on my Windows 11 desktop, which I've been playing for months.

The first time I had to power off my pc manually, the second time it came back quickly when I closed everything - This time even after I closed everything, it still was responding late.

My mouse moved normally and sound was fine, but it was excruciating trying to open task manager only to see everything looked surprisingly low.

My GPU was 0% load which did not sound right at all.

My temps were normal up until that point, my RAM load was 20gb and I have 32gb, maybe that was the issue?

I do have two nearly full drives - My main one has abt 100gb free, the second has 200.

My fans are all working, my monitor is plugged into my graphics card - I did just update this Asus driver afterward, could that have been the cause?

My system usually sits at aorund 50-65°ish, I've never seen it go above 85°.

My computer is pretty ok I think, my GPU is a NVIDIA GeForce RTX4060, my cpu is 12th Gen Intel Core I-5.

I ran 3DMarks Fire Strike and while I did get the avg score (23k), I noticed that my GPU load was almost always over 95% - And then during the physics test my CPU Utility was 144.28%

I'm not good with computers, so most of the results I get from google don't make a lot of sense to me - And I don't know what I should be looking for.
