have you checked your graphics card driver?
maybe even run cmd prompt as admin
type sfc /scannow to check any corruptions in system files
download driver reviver and check for outdated drivers its free thats if microsoft update shows none thereif your inexperienced with driver configurations and installs
i reccomend the driver reviver software as it will scan / download / install drivers for you
free version allows 1 install at a time but will allow you to update all outdated drivers free
your display 1 and display drivers are different on my laptop
display 1 and display 2 are both using the same ones try switch them both to nividia if you know how to or i can send a tutorial.. regardless do try driver reviver
sounds like graphics memory issue from my personal experiences- marcosag1996Apr 27, 2024Copper ContributorI also set up the Nvidia control panel's browsers to ensure they use Nvidia GPU to run videos, but it doesn't work either.

you could try re install windows that might be the only soloution
worstcase scenario could try this... re installing bios or updating if available
before that set bios / uefi to default settings and see if it makes a difference..
it potentially could be a hardware issue.
if all else fails id seek a professional to physically take a look.
if under warranty still and you hace reciept then return for replacement thats another optionREGARDLESS OF WHICH OPTION YOU MAY GO WITH BACKUP ANY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS / PICS / VIDEOS OFF YOUR PC FOR PEACE OF MIND.
- marcosag1996Apr 27, 2024Copper ContributorI downloaded Driver Reviver, as you said, and yes, there were 5 outdated drivers. I updated and restarted PC, but I still have the same issue.
