Try Fixppo: https://www.applettop.com/iphone-screen-not-responding-to-touch

When you iPhone Touch Screen not working, Connect your iPhone to your Windows 11 laptop using a USB cable. Open iTunes and press the Power button for 3 seconds, then immediately press the Volume Down button for 10 seconds. Release the Power button, but keep holding the Volume Down button for another 10 seconds. This will put your iPhone in DFU mode. If iTunes recognizes your device in recovery mode, you can try restoring it.
Sometimes, recalibrating the touchscreen can help resolve issues. To do this, press and hold the Power button until the "Power Off" slider appears. Slide the slider to the right to turn off your iPhone. Press and hold the Power button again until the Apple logo appears. This will restart your iPhone with the touchscreen recalibrated.
