My computer has plenty of RAM and CPU power, but Windows still feels extremely slow
My computer has ample RAM and CPU resources available, yet Windows operates with frustrating sluggishness during everyday tasks. I am trying to identify potential bottlenecks, including background processes, drive issues, or system configuration problems that might be causing this unexpected slowdown despite the strong hardware specifications.

A failing SSD or a full SSD will drastically slow down. If Windows is on a traditional HDD, that's a guaranteed bottleneck.
If your system drive is a traditional Hard Disk Drive (HDD), it can be a major bottleneck.
The issue is rarely that your PC lacks power, but often that Windows 11 is using that power inefficiently, or a specific bottleneck is holding it back. The good news is that you can diagnose and fix many of these issues without resetting your PC.
