The Compatibility tab in the Properties window is usually only present for executable files (.exe) and certain types of files that can be run. If you are trying to access the properties of a video file, this tab may not appear since video files are not executable. You can still modify the way you interact with the files or troubleshoot the transfer process without needing the Compatibility tab.
