Multiple users question about access to existing installed program

Hi, you can create a second account and then change the permissions on the program folder you want to block for the other user:
Find the program folder (e.g., C:\Program Files).
Change the permissions:
Right-click on the folder > Properties > Security > Edit.
Add user:
If the account is not present, click Add and enter the user's name.
Set permissions to “Deny.”
Select the user and check Deny for “Read and Execute.”
Apply and confirm.
Result: The user will not be able to start or access the program.
