If Windows keeps switching language or showing the wrong keyboard layout, I’d check both the preferred language order and the installed keyboard layouts under Language & region. Removing duplicate layouts can sometimes fix the issue. If it keeps coming back, sign out and back in after making the changes so Windows can refresh the language settings.
