MS update 23H2 issues

Hi - I'm having an issue since the update occurred. In task manager it shows the system process is consistently running at 20% or more. Some suggestions were to make sure there isn't some virus causing this - I've run virus scans which came back clean. any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

    Open task manager and check which app or process consumes the most CPU or RAM.

      Hi - thanks for responding. I had someone take a look and they fixed my issue, so I'm all set now.

    Did you run a full scan or quick scan?
    Does it happen when you run any specific program?
    Check Windows Update and see if there are any pending updates available?
