Move Window to Extended Monitor with Voice Access

I have a dual monitor setup and I leverage Voice Access heavily. I'd love to find a way to move windows between monitors easily using my voice. I'm envisioning a spoken equivalent to the Start+Shift+Arrow keyboard shortcut. Sadly, this does not seem possible. Has anyone found a way?
