Mouse not working on tab in Windows 11

Recently, this situation has started to occur. I initially thought it was just a problem with the browser. When playing games, the loading process would automatically switch to other tabs, and occasionally the mouse couldn't interact with the tabs and could only be operated via the keyboard, but not the mouse.

Today, I discovered that pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete or directly pressing the Esc key could solve the problem. The first click didn't respond, but after that it became normal. Now when I click, Windows 11 will make a notification sound, but it doesn't respond, so I think there might be something that occasionally blocks it.

My mouse is from Razer, so I want to know if this is related to the software, but the software has already been updated.
