If anyone is still interested in this issue, it looks like the bug in the 32-bit version of MMDevAPI.dll was fixed on June 26, 2025, in the KB5060829 update for Windows 11 24H2.
The system file MMDevAPI.dll, version 10.0.26100.4484 works fine on my computer. I would appreciate it if other developers who have also encountered the problem would test this Windows update.
