Microsoft Print to PDF outputs as image?
On my old PC running Windows 11 Pro build 10.0.22631 outputs the pdf as text and therefore searchable which is what I want. But on my new PC also running Windows 11 Pro though more recent build 10.0...
It sounds like you're experiencing a difference in how the "Microsoft Print to PDF" feature behaves between your old and new Windows 11 PC. On your old PC, it outputs PDFs with selectable/searchable text, while on your new PC, it outputs PDFs as images, making the text non-searchable.
