Microsoft Print to PDF outputs as image?
On my old PC running Windows 11 Pro build 10.0.22631 outputs the pdf as text and therefore searchable which is what I want. But on my new PC also running Windows 11 Pro though more recent build 10.0...
In Windows 11, Microsoft introduced a new PDF rendering engine, which uses a more modern and secure approach to rendering PDFs. However, this new engine is based on a print-to-image approach, which can result in images instead of text-based PDFs.
