Microsoft Office 365 - OUTLOOK

Couple of days ago I started to get Not Responding just after opening Outlook.  Now I can't even load Outlook Repair PST files or create new PST of new Profile.  Each time get error Outlook Not Responding and or error code 0x800040401.  Nothing works

Also if I try to create new Profile it says my Personal details are incorrect but copied them from my email supplier. 

I need access to my PST file to get very important contacts and emails,  Please help? TIA
