Considering that when Introduced , Windows 10 was announced as (Quote) The last version of windows that we'll ever introduce and will be permanantly upgradable(Unquote), It looks as though Microsoft (along with Apple)< Have hit the profit trail and proved to the general public that the company is unreliable and it's promises are as easily broken as poe crust.
Customer service appears to have gone to the dogs!
