Media Server and Windows standby

Has power management changed between Windows 10 and Windows 11?  I run a media server (Twonky) and on Windows 10 it worked fine but with Windows 11, standby causes the media server to also stop.

It is possible that I had disabled standby-on-power on the Windows 10 system but I don't remember doing that so has anything changed?
