Managing Multiple Command Processes in Task Manager

I am experiencing a concerning problem: there seems to be an unusual issue with my computer, as I have noticed around 15 cmd processes running in Task Manager. Strangely, when I try to close Task Manager, it becomes unresponsive and freezes.

Despite running scans with Windows Defender and UVK, no malicious content was detected. Additionally, I have cleared the temporary files in the AppData directory in an attempt to resolve the issue.
