Making Windows 11 look like Windows 10

Having seen the large numbers of complaints about what happens in Win 11 when one clicks the the [Start] icon, a bit of trial and error experimentation has yielded the following solution: -

Right click on the Taskbar. Click on "Properties". The top and bottom items are labelled (default). Click on each of those to find what you are looking for.

Easy peasy.
