Low Disk Space

Hello,

I have done EVERYTHING but wipe the whole C drive clean but no matter what, it says I only have 900 mb out of 56 gb. I've removed apps, I've run disk clean up, disk optimizing, storage sense... anti virus says I have no viruses... I do not keep music, videos or any kind of files on the C drive I use One Drive and a thumb drive... I am at my whits end, any help will be appreciated!
