Long time to load on gray screen after update win 11

every time I reboot my pc it stays on a gray/black screen with the mouse moving after around 5 minutes it loads my wallpaper and I can use my pc
things I try:
1.- running new task as manager of explorer.exe = nothing
2.- opening file location of a program running = open explorer but still cant run anything takes 5 min
3.-shortcut to refresh gpu drivers = nothing
4.-runing devmgmt.msc as a new task with admin privileges = nothing
I can let the computer alone for 5 minutes on lock screen and no problems shows up

Open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc) and check under Windows Logs > System for errors or warnings around startup times. This can give clues about what delays the boot process.
If the delay only happens after Windows update, consider rolling back recent updates.
If you recently installed new hardware or drivers, try removing or rolling back those.
