Lenovo experiences intermittent lag after upgrading to Windows 11 24H2

After upgrading the device to Windows 11 24H2, intermittent lag occurs: when the mouse remains stationary for about two minutes, the system freezes for 1-2 seconds before resuming normal operation. Is there a solution for this?
