Latest Windows 11 update broke Opera browser

I cannot access the Opera folder in Appdata because it doesn't exist. There should only be one admin account but I believe it created a second account but I don't see anything there nor an option to give administrator access to the main account. There's a second admin folder that I never created but it says it was created in 2024.
